About Frankie
Frankie M. Powers is a Marine Corps veteran and Dale Carnegie, Highest Award for Achievement. He spent years rooted in anger and resentment, carrying the weight of circumstances he felt he could not control. Then he hit rock bottom. He decided that day to become the victor of his life instead of a victim of it.

That decision changed everything. Frankie studied everything he could find about how people actually change. He completed coursework from Yale and University of Barcelona faculty, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming. He completed a global fellowship in leadership principles, and holds an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters. Every credential serves one goal: understanding what actually helps a person change, not what sounds good on a stage.

Frankie wrote about the climb out of rock bottom in his book, From Rock Bottom to Mountain Tops. He built a framework called C.L.I.M.B.- Clarity, Letting Go. Identity, Momentum, Belief; to help others make that climb with a map he never had.
Today Frankie is the father of two, daughter Nori and son Johnny. Frankie’s focus has always been the same, whether he’s coaching a client or launching a new business: helping people find the purpose, connection, and freedom that once felt out of reach for him too.
